T. Kosmides, Distance Contracts and E-Commerce Contracts, Athens – Thessaloniki 2018 [pp. ΧΧ + 450]

This monograph, which was written as part of the author’s research activity at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich, and i.a. funded by the Research Committee of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, deals with distance and e-commerce contracts under German law. In this context, the focus is on the information duties provided by the German Civil Code (BGB) as well as the Introductory Law to the German Civil Code (EGBGB).
